Privacy Policy
At Kipi we take your data privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Data we collect
We collect data from your MercadoLibre account (sales, listings, messages) through the official API, your Telegram ID for notification delivery, and service usage data for technical improvements.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the Kipi service: syncing sales information, sending Telegram alerts, and generating ARCA invoices when authorized. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except the subprocessors detailed in section 4.
3. Storage and security
Your data is stored on Scaleway (European infrastructure), in a database isolated per account. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS at all times.
4. Subprocessors
We use: Scaleway SAS (data storage, France), Telegram Messenger (notifications), MercadoPago (payment processing). Each subprocessor handles only the data necessary for its function.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at hola@kipibot.com. We respond within a maximum of 30 business days.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your account and up to 90 days after cancellation, unless the law requires a longer period. You can request early deletion by contacting us.
7. Cookies
Kipi is a static site. We do not use tracking or third-party cookies. Only technical cookies necessary for the service to function.
8. Updates
Any material change to this policy will be notified via Telegram with 15 days notice.
