By using Kipi, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before connecting your account.
1. Service description
Kipi is an operations assistant for MercadoLibre Argentina sellers. It syncs information from your account via the official MercadoLibre API (OAuth 2.0 PKCE) and sends notifications via Telegram. Kipi is not an official MercadoLibre product.
2. Registration and account
To use Kipi you need an active MercadoLibre Argentina account and a Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Subscription and payments
Kipi offers a 7-day free trial period. After that period, continuing the service requires a monthly subscription of $90,000 ARS, processed via MercadoPago. You can cancel at any time from the MercadoPago portal.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Kipi for activities that violate MercadoLibre's terms, applicable Argentine laws, or third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these conditions.
5. Privacy and data
The handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Kipi accesses your MercadoLibre information with read-only permissions for query operations; ARCA invoicing requires additional explicit authorization.
6. Limitation of liability
Kipi is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you via Telegram with at least 15 days notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is subject to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
